About Our 1st Cohort
The Culinary Catalyst is an exciting and transformative one-week program designed to empower businesses for growth. In our first cohort, entrepreneurs participated in a dynamic two-day HACCP training session and three workshops to provide comprehensive business support. The workshops focused on business plan development and offered valuable insights into navigating local government regulations. Every participant was left equipped with essential knowledge and powerful tools to thrive in the food industry.
Business Growth
The program helps local food entrepreneurs gain certifications like HACCP, enabling them to meet high food safety standards and unlock new growth opportunities.
